The previously-aired episode 8 of "Game of Thrones" Season 6 may have been a little too slow and inconsequential, but you can rest assured the two final episodes of the season will be bloody and amazing. The Game of Thrones season 6 episode 9, "Battle of Bastards," should already have you getting the snacks ready for a night in on Sunday, June 19.
Jon Snow and Ramsay Bolton finally face off: After much animosity, the two bastards will finally face each other in an epic battle. Fans are waiting to see their beloved Jon Snow kill the widely-hated Ramsay, to finally prove that even in the unfair world of "Game of Thrones," there is some form of justice.
Littlefinger saves the day: Even with every soldier that has promised to fight with Jon Snow to help Sansa win the North, the army does not stand a chance against Bolton's army. However, the master manipulator, Littlefinger, may step in and save the day after he receives the secret letter Sansa sent him. The Telegraph has revealed what was written in the letter:
"You promised to protect me. Now you have a chance to fulfill your promise. [The Knights] of the Vale are under your command. Ride [north] for Winterfell. Lend us your aid and I shall see to it that you are."
Two major deaths: "Battle of Bastards" is expected to see two bloody deaths, and while we might assume it could be the two titular bastard Jon Snow and Ramsay Bolton, a reliable prediction says that it will be the young King Tommen and Rickon Stark that will meet their maker.
Exclusive focus on the battle for the North: As is the tradition for episodes that focus on major wars like "The Watchers of the Wall" and "Blackwater," many fans have predicted that the "Battle of Bastards" will also be solely shot at the location of the war.
Sansa will finally her revenge: Sansa has been patiently waiting to make Ramsay pay for everything he has done to her. Fans are predicting, or at least hoping, that she will get to kill him in the battle.
