Over 37 percent of survey respondents indicated they left a competitor’s expense management service to use Certify’s intuitive solutions.

Based NetScout® Systems, Inc. made the switch from their previous platform they had used for nearly 10 years, to Certify where they currently have over 800 users both domestic and international using the expense management solution. Before making the switch, NetScout’s field employees tested many competing solutions including Certify.

“The end users who account for 90 percent of our expense reimbursements are our field employees,” said Maureen Boino, Procurement and Payment Manager, at NetScout. “These users felt Certify was much easier to use when compared to the previous system. At the end of field employee testing at NetScout, the users felt the Certify solution seemed to be a lot more user friendly and the number of steps were less than the previous system.”
