In the previous episode of Once Upon a Time Season 5 we are much more concern about Hook but good thing is that he is alive but bruised. He receives Emma’s message, frees Megara and instructs her to let Emma know his location. With the help of Hercules, a demi-god, the heroes continue their mission to save Hook and free the drifting souls.
After the heroes free Hercules and Megara, Hades tells Hook that for every new soul that is freed, he will have to pick which friend will be stuck in the Underworld forever. Henry meets Cruella, who tells him that the author’s pen is in the Underworld: if he writes her back into the real world, his mother will no longer be a killer.
In the last episode, Hades told Hook that for each spirit released, he must pick a friend to stay behind. Who will he pick? Nobody. “Hook’s captivity takes a dark turn when Hades threatens to condemn him to the River of Lost Souls after Hook refuses to choose which three of his friends will have to remain in the Underworld,” teases the synopsis.
There will be a flashback involving Gold and Milah, and a deal he makes. “Gold is suddenly eager to help Emma, Snow, David, Regina, Robin and Henry find Hook so he can return home to Belle; but in order to do so, he must find his ex-wife Milah in the Underworld and ask for her help,” says the synopsis. “In FairyTale Land flashbacks, Rumple and Milah face a life-or-death crisis concerning their son, Baelfire, that forces Rumple to make a deal that will haunt him.”
The promo for the episode shows Emma finding Hook after Hades condemns him to hell. She’s shown chasing after him but can she save him? Fingers crossed that no one will die in the underworld. Once Upon a Time season 5 episode 14 airs on Sunday, March 20 at 8/9c on ABC.
