As expected by many Arrow fans new character will be in the show which is the character name is Ra’S Al Ghul. Ra's al Ghul is the leader of the League of Assassins. He is also the father of Nyssa al Ghul.Ra's al Ghul at some point released Malcolm Merlyn from his bonds to the League, a decision he later regretted.
Arrow has found its big bad for season three. Matt Nable (Riddick) has been tapped to play DC Comics villain Ra’s al Ghul on Arrow.

Nable, who will recur throughout the third season, will first appear in the fourth episode, “The Magician.” Ra’s al Ghul was most recently portrayed by Liam Neeson in Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight trilogy. Don’t miss to mark your calendar Arrow returns Oct. 8 at 8 p.m. on The CW.
