The Walking Dead Season 6 Finale Leaving Major Cliffhangers in Fans

The Walking Dead Season 6 just ended. However, things did not go smoothly for Rick Grimes and friends as they finally meet the leader of The Saviors, Negan. After a whole season of Rick Grimes picking off his men, Negan is pretty pissed off, which results in the death of a beloved character.

Daryl, Michonne, and Glenn are MIA

Last week, a group from Alexandria found themselves under The Saviors' guns after Daryl was shot. During the season finale, many fans were wondering where the characters had been the whole episode.

The three fan-favorite characters are all but missing for two-thirds of the episode. Daryl, Michonne, and Glenn are nowhere to be seen. With someone from the cast dying this week, there's quite a bit of tension as it's eventually revealed that The Saviors had Daryl, Michonne, and Glenn held hotage the entire time.

Morgan Breaks is Own Rules

Carol's been shot, but she's still on the run, avoiding Morgan as much as possible. She seems fine and mobile, but she comes up against a walker. After taking care of the walker, she meets one of The Saviors, who shoots her in the arm and leg, torturing her for fun. The man is about to finish her off, but Morgan comes in and saves the day, shooting the Savior down. Two men on horses, wearing body armor (most likely members of The Kingdom), come by and help them out. Morgan has been against killing the past couple of seasons, choosing to spare his enemies over ending their lives. Is this a one-time thing, or has his mindset changed?

The Saviors have the Numbers

While Rick and company are on the road, trying to get to Hilltop to save Maggie's child, they quickly find out that the "small" group of Saviors they took care of a few weeks back was just the tip of the iceberg. Every place the group goes, they see members of The Saviors, and not just the same members, over and over. They're seeing lots of different faces, which means this group is larger than any group they've ever come up against.

The Leader of The Saviors Finally Shows Up

Eugene heads off with the RV while everyone else carries Maggie through the woods. However, they don't get too far before they find a large group of Saviors have them surrounded. The Saviors have already the RV and Eugene, and they make the rest of Rick's group get on their knees and hand over their weapons. Michonne, Daryl, and Glenn are let out of a van.

Negan steps out with Lucille, his barb wire-wrapped baseball bat. He tells Rick it wasn't "cool" that the folks of Alexandria killed a bunch of The Saviors. Negan wants Rick's stuff/supplies or he will kill him. That's the longterm deal Negan presents.

Someone Meets Lucille

Negan lines everyone up in order to decide who he should kill. This will be a punishment for the all The Saviors Rick's group killed over the course of the season. Negan does "Eeny, Meenie, Miney, Moe" to decide, and he lands on the person he beats to death. However, in true Walking Dead fashion, fans won't figure out who died until next season.

Fans of the comic book series know that issue #100 of The Walking Dead marked the first appearance of Negan where he did the same nursery rhyme and viciously beat Glenn to death. Unfortunately, the AMC series decided not to show who actually was killed at the end of the episode turning it into more of a mystery over an extremely emotional moment.

Obviously, the biggest part of the season finale is that someone big is going to die, but the show doesn't reveal who it is yet. Prepare for an off-season of theories, articles, and clues to help figure out who actually died. Sadly, the way this played out takes away from the emotional impact the death is supposed to have. It turns the event into a guessing game. It's better to focus in on the fact that The Saviors are an insanely large and well put together group. These aren't people Rick and company can just barrel through. It'll also be hard to be level-headed against The Saviors since one of the members of Alexandria is now dead.

All the focus shouldn't be on Negan and The Saviors though, as Morgan and Carol have met what seems to be two members of The Kingdom, who will be a big part of next season's "All-Out War" storyline. On top of that, Morgan broke his "no killing" rule. It seems like both he and Carol, who have both gone through some tremendous changes the past season, are moving forward to live somewhere else.

The Walking Dead Season 6 Finale Characters on Danger

The Walking Dead season 6 finale in 90-minute airing on Sunday night and it's looking like it'll be a particularly tense one. Considering this season's been fairly low on character deaths than usual, it's a fair bet to assume that someone will be dispatched of in a gruesome manner - quite probably tied into the arrival of new villain Negan or, we should say, his weapon of choice: a baseball bat wrapped in barbed wire he names Lucille.<

Using the penultimate episode as a basis, we look at where each character is situated to work out who's in line to die.

Daryl's current situation is morbid; he's just been shot by Dwight, a member of The Saviours who wants him dead. Considering Negan's arrival has been teased for what feels like an age, the one way to posit him as the fearsome antagonist the producers desperately want us to view him as would be to kill off the ultimate fan favorite.

Glenn's been captured by The Saviours which may have be no surprise to readers of the graphic novels the show is based on he's the one who falls victim to Negan. The Walking Dead's previously made a point of switching character deaths so as not to make the shocks too obvious for viewers, but considering Glenn was 'killed off' earlier this season - only for him to be brought back - perhaps this was the writer's way of calling our bluffs. It could well be time to write Glenn off.

Rosita may not be the biggest of characters but she's had more to do than ever before in season six's later stage - which, let's face it, isn't the greatest sign. Having now been captured by The Saviours, Rosita's death wouldn't be the shock a season finale usually warrants; could it be that Rosita and another bites it? As well as being fairly traumatic, it'd give Abraham some heavy lifting to do next season.

Michonne may have been caught by The Saviours but we can't see the writers killing her off although it's never prevented them from killing off characters we assumed were safe before. The fact she is now in a relationship with Rick whose past love interests haven't fared too well - is slightly worrying, though.

Carol's thrown dust in our eyes this season; rediscovering something resembling a conscience, these past few episodes have seen her go AWOL. Is she sick of Alexandria's routine, or is she on some kind of guilt-induced suicide mission? Her reckless behaviour and unknown whereabouts - makes us extremely worried for our favourite unhinged cookie-baker.

Morgan is currently outside the walls of Alexandria looking for Carol, the evident notion that places Morgan in danger is his refusal to kill. He might be a dab hand using that staff to knock people out but should The Saviours come across Morgan, unless he can talk Negan down, we don't rate his chances.

Anybody who has ever watched an episode of The Walking Dead will know that Rick will go looking for his friends next week. If caught, Rick would be top of Negan's list to kill - after all, he was the mastermind behind the siege which saw the group dispatch of sleeping members of Negan's clan.

The Walking Dead Season 6 Will Daryl Survive Till the End?

Are you ready for the walking dead season 6 finale? Yes!, every twd fans are looking forward for next week season finale. So many spoilers that are speculating in the internet that one of the major character will die and they name it would be Daryl. “If Daryl dies, we riot,” has been a popular refrain among Walking Dead fans of the crossbow-wielding warrior Daryl Dixon. Well, in light of how the penultimate episode of season 6 just ended, producers of The Walking Dead may want to get their riot gear ready.

With The Walking Dead season finale lined up for next Sunday night, the speculation over which character will meet their demise has been running rampant through Tweets, comment sections, and actual real-life conversations (yes, those are still a thing).

A popular theory, one which those who believe it seem to really be behind, is that Daryl Dixon will kick the bucket come episode 16 of season six.

Many of the fans backing the Daryl death theories use a few different reasons to back up their claims. First of all, Reedus has a new show coming up on AMC called Ride With Norman Reedus. Some others claim it would be the only way to make us hate Negan as much as the showrunners want us to. A lot of people are saying it will be the most shocking route the show can go since everyone dubs Daryl as a "safe" character.

First of all, Ride With Norman Reedus has been filming all off-season long, which has been the past five months. The Walking Dead starts filming its seventh season next month which shows us that the first argument is invalid. Reedus' new series has no effect on his The Walking Dead schedule and, even if it did, the two shows are the same network and AMC can easily prioritize the schedules there.

Then there's the Negan hate theory. Some even back this up by claiming Emily Kinney's Beth will pop up in a hallucination where Daryl takes a blow to the head and hears Beth singing him over to the other side. This one needs to stop. Not only is Negan going to be hated no matter who he kills strictly because of the manner in which he'll talk to Rick and the group but there are plenty of characters for Negan to choose from which have a huge connection with the audience besides Daryl. This isn't to say it's impossible but if Negan were to bash Glenn, Maggie, Rick, Michonne, or Carl's head in, we would probably see an even stronger reaction than if he were to choose Daryl, right now.

Killing a character like Daryl for shock value would be a huge mistake and the team behind The Walking Dead knows that. Now, if Negan were to pop Daryl right off the bat, it would be a huge moment for the characters and audience alike but it wouldn't be a move done purely to shock the audience. Daryl has been a friend of Rick, Glenn, Carl, and Carol's since the earliest days of the show. They've grown together. They've survived together. It would make Daryl a figure whom Alexandria would rally behind his death, which is something Negan definitely doesn't want.

It would be a little immature to rule Daryl out of danger for the finale but of all the characters The Walking Dead could kill off, Daryl doesn't seem like the likely choice. Several others are in relationships and have strong ties to story lines which would be altered more significantly than if the rônin samuari Daryl Dixon were the one to go.

Here are the sneak peeks that have been released in the season finale of the walking dead. A sneak peek at the finale hints that Morgan might run into a separate problem while searching for Carol. In the video, Morgan comes across a horse, presumably the same one that the man from the barn in episode 15 was looking for. That man is nowhere near the horse, but someone else might be close by. The camera cuts to a bloody hand walking and holding Carol’s rosary beads. It would appear as if the wounded Savior from the truck is still after Carol.

The Walking Dead Season 6 Episode 16 Finale “Last Day on Earth”

This is it the walking dead season 6 is gearing up for the last episode of the season it’s gonna be epic as expected. In the previous episode of the series the series leaves us a cliffhanger ending. Pregnant Maggie began experiencing sharp pains that caused her to collapse, and Dwight’s group of Saviors captured Glenn, Michonne, Rosita and Daryl while in the woods. To make the situation worse, viewers were left wondering about the fate of Daryl after a gun went off and blood splattered the screen.

Is Daryl dead or alive? Hopefully the answer will be revealed in the next episode 16, but the synopsis for the finale doesn’t exactly tease a happy ending for the folks at Alexandria.

In the next episode of The Walking Dead Season 6 Episode 16 entitled “Last Day on Earth”, To save one of their own, Rick's group must venture outside the walls. Their experience there will change their lives forever.

So does that mean that some of the survivors captured by the Saviors manage to escape? That’s unclear right now, and it is really hard to figure out it seems every character in this season will be in danger knowing the fact that Negan will be showing in this episode.

The Walking Dead Season 6 Finale Synopsis Revealed

The much-awaited The Walking Dead Season Finale is not too far. Fans will get to see Negan's terrifying blow to Rick and group when the last episode of the season airs in April. Spoils are every where and we got already the synopsis of the season finale.

In the aftermath of a tragic blow, Eugene falls captured by Dwight, a member of the Saviors, whom are hell bent on getting even with Alexandria, Negan teaches Rick and company a brutal lesson, which shows that Rick and company finally have something to fear.

We know that Rick and his group will have to pay for attacking Negan's gang – The Saviors. And several fans are already bracing themselves for a major character's potential death in the finale. We should be ready with that all the time because our characters as of now are always in the trouble.

Actor Andrew Lincoln who plays Rick told Entertainment Weekly during a recent interview that he felt "sick" after reading the script of the season 6 finale episode.

"I felt sick to my stomach when I read the script," the actor stated. "It was the first day in the whole six years of working on 'The Walking Dead' that I was late for work because I woke up in the middle of the night and I couldn't get back to sleep. I was so angry and frustrated and I felt sick. And that was just after reading it."

There are only a few weeks to go now until Negan makes his debut on the The Walking Dead Season 6. The finale episode titled "Something To Fear" will air on 3 April 2016 on AMC.
