While Elena prepares on her 18th birthday, she needs to manage her guilt on her attraction towards Damon (the reason being Stefan isn't there and Damon is associated her throughout her big day of her existence). Damon will get Elena mothering sunday gift that they needed. Meanwhile, Klaus confronts a werewolf named Ray Sutton in Tenessee.
